Native Houstonian's with a big dream of being in the customer business i like to think the furniture side of it comes second,the customer service side comes first ,we know who signs our paycheck's here at the Furniture Zone and thats our great customers that do, and we thank you for that .I have been in the furniture industry for 25yr's ,I have owned the furniture zone for 6 yr's ,me and my wife run the store every day and because of that if there is a problem our customer can go straight to the horse , thats what makes our company one of the most successfull furniture stores in houston for its size, because we our so hands on ,we hate the word NO , we always try to find away to say "yes" to our customers.We have customers that have special needs ,sometimes like a delivery after 11pm or even midnight well thats the reason we got out of bed .Thats because every furniture store in houston has told them no ,NOT this one we say "yes" ,we carry over 40 different name brand vendors on top of all the custom work we do, like our sofa's and sectional's we offer in 25 diffrent frames to choose from with over 10,000 color combinations made right here in houston with a 7 to 10 day turn around time and still beating all the local competition on their prices we also custom built children furniture thats all solid wood in any color or any stain, that will last you a lifetime,and built it in a 2 to 3 day turn around time, nobody can do that and if they could its going to cost you a fortune. Not here ,we don't want to make a sale, we want to make a customer for life.
